Our experience working on high-performance, energy-efficient buildings has shaped how we build garden rooms. We focus on the building fabric: insulation, materials and methods designed to support comfort and energy efficiency. Taking inspiration from Scandinavian building practices, we plan insulation, ventilation and suitable heating around your use. Temperatures and running costs depend on the specification, weather, use and energy prices.
Planning, handled
Not sure if you need planning permission? We'll advise you, and if an application is needed, we can handle it for you. Many garden rooms fall under permitted development, but size, height, position and use all matter, and a room for sleeping normally needs Building Regulations approval. We'll tell you plainly what applies before any work begins. While we're on site, our background in fitting kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms means we can also add fitted storage, furniture or a bathroom inside your room.
