About us
Your local garden roombuilders in Bramhall
Over 15 years of carpentry and joinery experience, focused on one thing: bespoke garden rooms designed with comfort, energy efficiency and durability in mind.
Our story
With a foundation in carpentry and joinery and over 15 years' experience, we started with a simple idea: garden rooms should be built with the same care and attention to detail as a home. Our experience working on high-performance, energy-efficient buildings has shaped our approach, with a strong focus on the building fabric and the materials and methods that make a real difference.
Taking inspiration from Scandinavian building practices, where comfort, efficiency and durability are essential throughout the changing seasons, we aim to bring these principles into every garden room we build.
Our background in fitting kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms means we can also take care of fitted furniture, storage or a bathroom within your garden room, and other work in your home while we're on site.
Our goal is to establish a brand that stands for quality, thoughtful construction and spaces designed to be enjoyed all year round.
Who we help
Homeowners who need a home office, gym, studio, playroom or entertaining space without moving or extending. Families with too little garden space, for whom a garage conversion is the better answer. And schools and businesses that need extra classroom, office or meeting space.
We work across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and the wider North West, including Manchester, Trafford, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Knutsford and Bramhall. See all areas.
Our team
Our team includes full-time carpenters and fitters, alongside trusted plumbers, electricians, plasterers and painters we work with closely.
That means the people building your room know how we work, and you deal with one team from the first visit to handover.
Mission and standards
How we work, on every project
Built on site, never from a kit
Every room is designed for its plot and built on site by our own carpenters and fitters.
The building fabric comes first
Insulation, airtightness and moisture control are where we put our care, because they decide whether a room is used all year.
Honest advice
We'll tell you plainly whether planning or Building Regulations apply, and whether a garden room or garage conversion suits you better.
Certified electrics
